About me
I’m a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with a background in senior leadership, professional services, and consulting, and I’m passionate about working with leaders to create the future they deserve.
At various times during my 25+ years career, and despite having high-level technical and functional proficiency, I was passed over for job and career growth opportunities that I deserved. After I stopped feeling bad and regained my focus, my response was to consider what new skills I could acquire or what new technique I could learn that would make the difference. This approach rarely worked.
The answer wasn't more training, trying harder or experimenting with the latest viral leadership framework. Instead, I hired a coach who helped me get onto the path towards creating the future I wanted and deserved by improving my leadership in several areas: when leading myself, leading my team, leading with peers, and creating space for others to lead.
Now, I leverage my unique coaching and professional background along with proven tools and strategies that accelerate leadership transformation to fuel my passion for helping other leaders to create the future they deserve.
In addition to being a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) following the highest standards set by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I'm also a Certified Agile Leader (CAL) and a Certified Prosci Change Practitioner (ADKAR).
