[Intentionally Not Visible]
Thirty years ago, I had a psychology degree and a clear vision: become a clinical psychologist. Life had other plans! I found myself instead leading the dynamic teams harnessing emerging technologies at some of the world's most iconic media companies. This unexpected turn launched a long, successful career as a senior leader in digital product and project management consulting for industry-leading client organizations.
While I loved delivering game-changing solutions and creative wins for my clients, I always gravitated towards the human side of the work. Think about it: those conversations that truly unlock potential, or the magic when a group clicks and creates something genuinely valuable. Psychology and social sciences continued to be my lens.
A few years back, I hit a wall. I worked with a coach to address the root cause of my friction, low morale and disengagement — shifting my mindset so I could be the most productive and successful leader I had ever been. That experience was a revelation: coaching was the way for me to dive even deeper into the human elements of my work to benefit my teams, peers, and clients.
I attended the Co-Active Training Institute for coach training and earned an advanced professional certification. Now, as a Certified Professional Coach, I blend 25 years of hard-earned senior leadership experience with my psychology background and a burning passion for human development.
My mission is to help tech leaders fix the root cause of their challenges while building highly-engaged and productive teams.
